1. General Shipping Terms

1.1 Anderleigh Natural Care shall make every effort to ensure that the prices of the goods listed on the website are up-to-date. Anderleigh Natural Care reserves the right to change the prices of the products without prior notice. Anderleigh Natural Care shall make every effort to ensure that the inventory of goods listed on the website is adequate. In the event of any goods being subject to acceptance of all orders due to a shortage, the final decision on the stock of the goods shall be made.

1.2 All orders are subject to final confirmation on the availability of the goods in question. If Anderleigh Natural Care is unable to provide any ordered products or services, we have the right to refuse to accept the order. If we cannot provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email within 2 working days after ordering. Working days are any day except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

2.Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

2.1 Australia:

  • Per item: AUD 12.00
  • Orders over AUD 60: Free postage
  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 working days (depends on Australia Post)

2.2 Taiwan:

  • Per item: AUD 30.00
  • Orders over AUD 300: Free postage
  • Estimated delivery time: 15-30 working days

3.Damaged Goods

Customers are required to check the goods upon delivery for any damage. If you find any damage, please contact our customer service hotline at +61-1300899999 or email info@anderleigh.com.au for a replacement. We reserve the right to refuse a replacement if the goods have already been signed for.

4.Delivery Service

All products are shipped via air express. Due to varying destinations, delivery times range from 7-30 working days.

4.1 If there is any change in the delivery address, customers must inform us within two working days after placing the order.

4.2 If the goods received do not match the order, please notify us within three days. Alternatively, call our customer service hotline at +61-1300899999 or email info@anderleigh.com.au, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
